    All of your cookies are amazing. Do you ever discuss how you use different icing consistencies? As a beginner, it is so frustrating!

    1. I mostly use what’s called “20 sec” icing. Thicker than flood and can be used both to cover a cookie and for most detail piping that isn’t too fine. Lilaloa has great info on her blog about it- her beginner info is what got me started!
